A little about me...
If it wasn't for learning these techniques and strategies I may have not been here at all. I was admitted into a mental health hospital mother/baby unit when my son was just 6 weeks old. I had severe post natal anxiety & was close to ending it all. Thankfully I received the treatment I needed and along with a great deal of personal growth, research & determination I am now here to help YOU!
I want to share with you everything that I have learned that brought me back from the brink and to a place where I can actually be the mother I want to be (and not be crippled by anxiety & guilt).
